Gender Training and Development Alliance is a charity in the UK, the rationale is to invest in women and girls, projects and programs by building resources for gender development, training and research.
Our Mission
Gender Training & Development Alliance (GTDA) aims and activities revolve round promotion of equality and diversity for the public benefit in the UK and Nigeria by:
(a) Advancing education and raising awareness in gender equality and diversity;
(b) Conducting or commissioning research on equality and diversity issues and publishing the results to the public;
(c) Cultivating acceptance in favour of gender equality and diversity to our families and community forward.
Therefore our mission is to work on striking gender inequalities in the development process, by providing life skills education at various levels for both gender with focus on girls and women and building resources for their empowerment through micro finance access, training and research.
